COVID-19 Information

Executive Order 13 G

As of September 27, 2021, Bristol Public Schools will require all employees to comply with Executive Order 13G (“Protection of Public Health and Safety During COVID-19 Pandemic — Vaccinations Required for State  Employees, School Employees and Childcare Facility Staff”)  (“Order  13G”) requiring all covered workers in a public or non-public pre-K to grade 12 school to be:

1.  Fully Vaccinated -  Provide proof of vaccination and complete a Declaration Attesting to the Authenticity of an Individual's COVID-19 Vaccination Record form. 

2. Partially Vaccinated -  follow directions to provide proof of partial vaccination, complete a Declaration Attesting to the Authenticity of an Individual's COVID-19 Vaccination Record form plus follow guidance and process to demonstrate proof of weekly testing.

3.  Medical Exemption – follow guidance to request a medical exemption plus follow guidance and process to demonstrate proof of weekly testing.

4. Religious Exemption – follow the process to request a religious exemption plus follow guidance and process to demonstrate proof of weekly testing.

5. Vaccination Refusal - follow the process for refusal of vaccination plus follow guidance and process to demonstrate proof of weekly testing.
