PebbleGo and Britannica School are two excellent resources that students use in school. These databases are accessible from home, but they do require login. Please refer to the parent newsletter for login information, or feel free to contact Christel Russman for assistance: ChristelRussman@ci.bristol.ct.us.
PebbleGo is the award winning PreK-3 database for reading and research. The PebbleGo databases make learning and improving reading and research skills fun, building on children's interest. PebbleGo offers four databases: PebbleGo Animals and PebbleGo Science, PebbleGo Biographies and PebbleGo Social Studies. Britannica Online For Kids is an essential online homework helper for children aged 6-14 years. It covers core subjects - Mathematics, English and Science as well as History, Geography, the Arts and many more subject areas. Britannica Online For Kids provides access to curriculum relevant encyclopedia articles, learning activities, games and videos for grades 1 through 9. (Description from http://kids.britannica.com)
