The Bristol Public Schools Gifted Program strives to enrich the educational experience for all students. Formally identified students are included in pull-out sessions at each school every week. Students work on projects which include research, critical thinking and creativity.

Each school also has a gifted coach, who is a regular classroom teacher that also aids in the enrichment process. Coaches work directly with teachers to customize learning for students, and also run before or after school activities that benefit both identified and non identified students.

This year's instructional focus revolved around problem solving across mathematics, coding, and lateral thinking. Students used TI Rover Technology to understand geometry and complete complex coding missions. Students also worked on various team problem solving projects using the Breakout EDU platform, and also examined influential women throughout our world's history.
