Abcence/Tardy Request Form
If you must miss a rehearsal (sectionals included), please fill out an ARF and hand it in to Mr. Jackman 1 week prior to your absence, but no more than 3 days following your absence or your grade becomes a "0" for that rehearsal/sectional/performance
