If you think meditation is boring, then you have not experienced the correct form for you. Come and sample a wide variety of techniques ranging from breathwork (pranayama) to vocalizations (japa and mantra) to movement (mudra and neigong) to mandolas and more. Come comfortably dressed. The instructor has over 40 years of meditation experience and is a practitioner of Kundalini yogic meditative practice.
