What is a School Accountability Report?
Each school annually develops a school accountability report. The report is comprised of two sections:
1. Tier I Report
-
Provides demographic information regarding student population based on October 1st of the previous school year
-
Reports on student performance towards the District Tier I indicators for the past school year
2. Tier II Report
-
Provides student performance results for their school-developed Tier II indicators from the previous school year
-
Provides detailed information regarding new school-developed Tier II indicators for the current school year
A specific action plan is developed for each Tier II indicator and includes strategies teachers will use to carry out the plan, a timeline for implementation, and results indicators to assess whether progress has been made towards meeting each indicator.
School Accountability Reports will be posted on each Bristol Public Schools’ website in October of each school year. If you have additional questions after reviewing the School Accountability Report, please contact the school principal for further information.
