Family and Consumer Science

Family & Consumer Sciences courses offer necessary skills and knowledge to deal with the home and it’s near environment.  Foods classes offer food preparation techniques, nutrition information, and a foundation for careers in food services.

Child Development classes include information for understanding family relationships, the growth and education of children, and well as careers involving children. UConn credit in Individual and Family Development is also offered.
