- Play & Learn Groups
- P.A.T. Personal Visit Program
- Ages & Stages Developmental Screenings
- Support & Education for Licensed Home Daycare and Kith & Kin Providers
- Dinner & Dads
- People Empowering People (PEP)
- Family Literacy including: Raising Readers, Reading is Fundamental (RIF) and Title 1 Reading Nights
- Positive Youth Development including PAWS Program, Bookshare Club, Mentoring and Social Lunch Bunch
The FRC also supports O'Connell School programs like: - Adult Education: English as a Second Language (ESL)

- Preschool Education
