What is the Family Resource Center?

Your Family Resource Center (FRC) offer a wide variety of FREE programs for you and your family.

Programs include:

  • Resources and Referrals
  • Play & Learn Groups
  • P.A.T. Personal Visit Program
  • Ages & Stages Developmental Screenings
  • Support & Education for Licensed Home Daycare  and Kith & Kin Providers
  • Dinner & Dads
  • People Empowering People (PEP)
  • Family Literacy including: Raising Readers, Reading is Fundamental (RIF) and Title 1 Reading Nights
  • Positive Youth Development including PAWS Program, Bookshare Club, Mentoring and Social Lunch Bunch

The FRC also supports O'Connell School programs like:

  • Adult Education: English as a Second Language (ESL)
  • Cubs Corner
  • Preschool Education

The C.T. O'Connell School FRC office is located on the bottom floor, room B-7.
