Freshman Year

Sophomore Year

PSAT: Taken in October.

CAPT: Taken in April

AP Tests: The Advanced Placement tests are taken in May.

Junior Year

PSAT: Taken in October

SAT: All Juniors take the SAT during the school day in April and also can be taken in May or June. Register online at www.collegeboard.com. Click here for dates.

SAT II Subject Test(s): Taken upon completing a course, typically in May or June. Register online at www.collegeboard.com, mail, or by phone. Click here for dates.

ACT: The American College Test (ACT) is taken with the April or June test date. Register online at www.act.org, mail, or by phone. Click here for dates. For 2016 - 2017 ACT information click here.

AP Tests: The Advanced Placement tests are taken in May.

Senior Year

SAT: The SAT is taken in August, October or November. Register online at www.collegeboard.com. Click here for dates.

SAT II Subject Test(s): If not completed in Junior year. Click here for dates.

ACT: The ACT should be taken with the October or December test date if not taken in Junior year. This test is required for some colleges and universities in the South, West, and Midwest. Register online at www.act.org, mail, or by phone. Click here for dates.
