Policies

Registration
All course fees, plus any additional fees, are listed under course descriptions. Please include payment with the registration form. Materials fees are included in the registration fee unless noted otherwise. In the event of a class cancellation, every attempt will be made to notify you by phone or by email if you provided us with one. A full credit will be provided.

Class Calendars
Enrichment classes follow the Bristol Schools calendar. Every effort is made to hold each session of our classes consecutively and with minimal interruption. However, due to school holidays and evening school events, it is sometimes necessary to have a break in the sessions. Teachers will provide information on class dates on the first evening of class.

Student Regulations
- Smoking is not permitted in any public school building in Bristol.
- Parking is permitted only in the lined spaces.

Materials Fees
Some material fees may not be included in the registration fee. If this is the case, they will be paid directly to the teachers or materials will be purchased by the students themselves. This will be noted in the course description.
